In this Latching & Positioning 101 class, you will learn about different breastfeeding positions, how to get comfortable in each one, and what to keep in mind to help you set your baby up for latching.

To do this, we will talk about your baby’s anatomy, reflexes used for feeding, and what is biologically normal when it comes to positioning, latching, and feeding.

You will learn what can help or get in the way of the positioning & latching process, how to avoid potential problems, and what to do when you and your baby are experiencing breastfeeding challenges.

Tips & tricks will be shared along the way for positioning and latching success!
